RETURNS

Sometimes, the Embrace is just not right, maybe a tad too tight or not enough, don’t you sweat it, we got you! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from E.T.C. We will gladly accept items returned within 14 business days of delivery. Please fill out the return form found below.


In the event that you need to indeed return your Embrace wear, below are some guidelines needed  for simple processing 

 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, hangtags still attached, no make- up stains and  no odours. Items must be in the same condition they were in when bought and shipped to you.
  • When items are being returned, our team will assess your returns to ensure no damages before your refund can be processed.
  • Please be careful when trying on our garments! If you damage clothing when trying them on we cannot issue you a refund.
  • PLEASE NOTE - We do NOT cover return shipping costs. We suggest using your local post office for the best service with tracking ID so you can follow your return. Embrace The Curve  is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

We take pride in our Embraces, so anything returned needs to be new, unused as stated above. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered  or received past the 14 day period may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.




EXCHANGES

Due to limited releases, and items selling out, we may not have products on shelves for exchange so please make sure you order correctly. We can only make an exception if we possibly have the item(s) you need in exchange are in stock to exchange. A refund towards your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to place a new order through the website.


PLEASE NOTE: We only offer exchanges for faulty Embraces (Not caused by customers). See below!


FAULTY ITEMS

Should you receive an Embrace that is defective or has a fault, please provide the following information:  

  • Order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Photographic evidence attached

PLEASE NOTE issues of this nature need to be reported to us within 5 days.


PACKAGING

Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.  If we do not receive your proof of receipt and the package gets lost we cannot issue a refund and if items in the package are damaged we also will not be able to process a refund.


COST OF RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE: If you receive a faulty item, showing us proof of receipt and covering the cost of return, you will receive a refund after for the return and you will not need to pay for shipping for the replacement package. If you did not receive a faulty item and just want to return, you are responsible for the costs of returning any items to our facility. Any returned items are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility. In our experience Return parcels often get lost if you write ‘Return to Sender’.
